The first room I received was quite disappointing, as it

Had no balcony despite my request. The staff did their best to assist, but I ended up spending hours dealing with issues. On the bright side, the daily snacks were a pleasant surprise, and the pool was a nice touch.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable in a very beautiful area, next to long distance Bus terminal, convenient store and the outskirts of Bussorah Street area. There was Nanas Cafe nearby to grab something to eat. Had essentials needed in the double room, including tea/coffee making equipment and refrigerators. Wall view was worthy. The pool was nice and I had welcome drinks in the coffee bar. Furthermore, free parking was onsite.

The pool area was clean and the location was quiet and the best, very close to Haji Lane which are more quaint and close to bus stations and plenty of public transport. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a balcony, my bed was comfortable.

The rooftop sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city!

The location was excellent, not too far from Little India Neighbourhood...

The place was impeccably clean with an especially helpful and really helpful staff on shift. Booked a single room with balcony. There was a wide array of outstanding meals.

The kids enjoyed the clean rooms, and the free mini bar was a hit, especially with soft drinks and snacks. Plus, we were just a short walk from many tasty eateries, great when traveling with little ones.

My children wished there were locks on the bathroom doors for privacy. It would make things easier for families visiting.

Really appreciated the strong wifi and the clean bathroom with hot water. I also loved the quiet pool area and the little balcony with that huge tree out front, perfect for enjoying the evening breeze.

The staff were genuinely friendly. I appreciated the well-stocked mini bar that was refreshed daily. The location near public transit was ideal for exploring the area. I took the time to unwind by the pool, a great way to relax away from my busy schedule in Rome. I will definitely recommend it to friends.

The room felt smaller than expected, and I wished there had been a chair to sit on while watching TV. The shower curtain needed better design, as it did not keep the bathroom dry.

Chill spot for a solo getaway

I had a decent 3-night stay. The room was small but that's kinda expected in Singapore. Everything was clean and I loved the free mini-bar! The small pool was nice too, but if you're a light sleeper, maybe avoid the poolside rooms early in the morning. The restaurant had some cool diet options, a plus.

Fantastic retreat with lovely staff and cozy rooms.

Loved our time visiting Boat Quay and Robertson Quay. The room was spacious, and the location made it easy to explore nearby cafes and restaurants. Super nice team, made everything smoother. Bring some cash for deposits just in case!

One small issue was the shower curtain, which could use a redesign to help keep the bathroom dry as it didn't wrap around the shower area well.

The staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel and its convenient location near the MRT made my exploration of Singapore good.

I had a fantastic experience! The rooftop pool was refreshing, and I loved the variety of snacks in the mini-bar. The breakfast options were really delicious, especially the French toast!
